The Tranquility Essence Pillow Mist is indispensable for creating a relaxing and calming atmosphere in the home. A blend of lavender, bergamot, ylang-ylang and 3 other essential oils support relaxation. The spray is based on alcohol and can be used in several ways.

Directions for use:

• Shake well before use to activate the essence.
• Pillow: Spray 2 pumps on the pillows 10 minutes before retiring for bed.
• Yoga mat: Spray a few pumps on the yoga mat.
• Room mist: Spray several pumps in the room.
• Disinfectant: Spray on the desired surface then wipe clean with a cloth.
• Clothes: Spray directly on the pyjamas or clothing.
• Aromatherapy: Gently mist the pulse points.
